   – All the member of Taisho Vietnam Co.,ltd, official distributors of Lipovitan, contractors, and the suppliers who are relative to this program do NOT participate in this promotional program.

   8. Prize details:

   8.1 Conditions, methods, procedures that customers must follow in order to take part in the promotional program:

   During the promotional period, customers who buy energy drink (Lipovitan Honey) will open lid to identify the prize.

   – For cans of Lipovitan Honey:

   1. The First Prize has the words “1CHI VANG” and 6 characters on the back of the lid.
   2. The Second Prize has the words “6 LON” và “2023” on the back of the lid.
   • The Third Prize has the words “1 LON” và “2023” on the back of the lid.
   1. The can has the words “CAM ON” on the back of the lid is does not win.

   There is no limits to the number of the prizes for one customer if they are qualified.

   8.2 Time, method issue the proof of winning

   – Time issue the proof of winning from 01/04/2023 to 30/06/2023, awarding ends at 23h59 on 14/08/2023.

   – Method issue the proof of winning:  customers will open the lid of the product to identify the prize through the word on the back of the lid.

   8.3 Regulation on the proof of winning

   – Specific description about the proof of winning and validity of the proof of winning:

   • It is a lid which has fully information as described at the below 8.4 section
   • The winning lid must be intact, not punctured, not erased, not blurred or redrawn.

   – Total the proof of winning: 26,971,041

   • The awarding staff will receive and keep the lid when the award is completed to the special & the first prize winner.

   8.4 Time, location and method issue the proof of winning

   – Time issue the proof of winning from 01/04/2023 to 30/06/2023, awarding ends at 23h59 on 14/08/2023.

   – Location issue the proof of winning: : Performing in 16 provinces –  Hà Nội, Thanh Hóa, Quảng Trị, Quảng Bình, Đà Nẵng, Quảng Nam, Thừa Thiên Huế, Khánh Hòa, Bình Thuận, Daklak, Lâm Đồng, Hồ Chí Minh, Bình Dương, Đồng Nai, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu, Bến Tre.

   – Method issue the proof of winning: customers will open the lid of the product to identify the prize which they win as below:

   • The First Prize: customers win the first prize as owning the lid of the product which has the words “1CHI VANG” and 6 characters on the back of one.

   Total the first prize: 50

• The Second, Third Prize: customers win the Second, Third Prize as owning the lid of the product which has the words “6 LON 2023” và “1 LON 2023”.

• Not winning: customers do not win the program when owning the lid of the product with the words “CAM ON”.

8.5 Winning announcement:

– Customers who own the first prize lid will call hotline 1900 571 579 for instructions on redemption.

– Customers who own lid of the second prize, third prize will bring the lid to the dealer, grocery store (attached list) and change the prize directly there.

– Deadline for customers to announce the winnings: from 00:00 on 01/04/2023 to 23h59 on 07/07/2023.

8.6 Time, location, method và procedures award:

– Location award: Customers who own lid of the second prize, third prize will bring the lid to the dealer, grocery store (attached list) and change the prize directly there. – Customers who own the first prize lid will call hotline 1900 571 579 for instructions on redemption và confirm the time, place award.

– How to award: give directly to the winner.

– Award procedure:

• Customers who own lid of the second prize, third prize will bring the lid to the dealer, grocery store (attached list) and give the lid to the staff there, then receive the prize. Dealers and grocery store will send the lid to co-organizers (attached list) and sign the changed number.
• Customers who own the first prize lid will call hotline 1900 571 579 for instructions on redemption. When receiving the prize, customers will bring the lid and copy of ID card, the awarding staff will collect the lid and copy of ID card of the customer, the customer will sign the award minute

– Taisho Vietnam Co.,ltd will pay the irregular personal income tax to the winning customers (if any).

– Deadline for awarding: at 23h59 on 14/08/2023

11. Other regulations (if any):

• LIPOVITAN is completely responsible for printing management, managing, the accuracy of the proof of winning and put them into the program.
• The organization of the promotional program must ensure fairness, transparency and objectivity.
• LIPOVITAN has the right to use freely the name, image of the winning customers for commercial advertising purposes with the consent of the customer.
• If there is a company/individual/team…that produces counterfeit lid will be handled (as be detected) according to Vietnamese law. If the recipient received the prize, it will be revoked and must compensate for any directly/indirectly damage caused by fraudulent conduct.
• In case of dispute related to this promotion, LIPOVITAN is responsible directly resolving, otherwise the dispute will be handled according to the provision of Vietnamese law.
• For the prizes which there are no winners, LIPOVITAN is responsible for making a cash payment equal to 50% of the declared value of such prize into the state budget in accordance with the law.
